Terms of Service

Loomlytics is a monitoring and web analytics service for agencies and freelancers. It includes uptime, SSL, domain and DNS monitoring, Lighthouse scores, privacy-friendly analytics, alerts and client reports for websites you add to your workspace.

We may improve, change or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance.

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate sign-up details.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your workspace, including by people you invite.
• Tell us straight away at mohit@blupp.co if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with Agency features on up to 5 sites. No card is needed. When the trial ends, your dashboards become read-only until you choose a plan. We don't delete your data when the trial ends.

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST, which are added at checkout where required.
• Payments are processed by [Payment gateway name]. We don't store your card or bank details.
• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your subscription.

Each plan has limits on sites, monthly pageviews and seats. If you go over, we keep collecting your data. If you stay over your limits for two months in a row, we'll ask you to upgrade or add capacity.

Extra capacity costs $15 a month per 10 additional sites, or $10 a month per 250k additional pageviews.

You can cancel at any time from your workspace. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew.

Payments are non-refundable, except in the cases listed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, such as duplicate or incorrect charges.

If a payment fails, we'll let you know and may make your dashboards read-only until it's settled.

You own the data in your workspace, including analytics collected on your sites. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export analytics as CSV and delete your workspace at any time. Deletion completes within 30 days.

• Only add websites you own or have permission to monitor and track.
• When you install the tracker on a site, you are responsible for that site's privacy notice and for meeting any privacy law that applies to its visitors.
• Monitoring sends regular automated requests to the sites you add. Make sure the site owner is fine with that.

You agree not to:

• Use Loomlytics for anything illegal, or to track sites or people without permission.
• Send personal data such as names, emails or phone numbers through analytics events.
• Use monitors to overload, attack or test the security of sites you don't control.
• Try to access other workspaces, get around plan limits, or disrupt the service.
• Resell Loomlytics, except for client reporting and white-labelling that your plan includes.

We work hard to keep Loomlytics available and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Monitoring checks and alerts can be delayed or missed, so don't rely on Loomlytics as your only safeguard for critical systems.

Loomlytics, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us. These terms give you a limited right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback you send us can be used to improve the product without any obligation to you.

We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, puts other customers or the service at risk, or has unpaid invoices. Where we reasonably can, we'll warn you first and give you time to fix the problem and export your data.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of the sites you track, the data you send us, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of New Delhi, India.

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Loomlytics after that, the new terms apply.
