Billing questions

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. The trial runs for 14 days with Agency features on up to 5 sites. When it ends, your dashboards go read-only until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted.

What counts as a pageview, and are they per site?

One page load or SPA route change is one pageview. Pageviews are pooled across all sites on your plan, so quiet brochure sites don't eat into a separate allowance.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades apply from your next billing period.

How does yearly billing work?

Pay for the year up front and get 2 months free. Your limits are the same as the monthly plan, and you can add capacity during the year.

How long do you keep our analytics?

For as long as you're a customer, on every plan. Compare this year with last year, or show a client three years of growth. If you leave, you can export everything as CSV first.

Can I get a refund?

The 14-day trial is free with no card, so you can try everything before paying. After that, payments aren't refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.

Can we leave easily?

Yes. Export any site's analytics as CSV, cancel at the end of the billing period, and delete the workspace yourself. Deletion completes within 30 days.
